Welcome to Nopubly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nopubly website (https://nopubly.com), the Nopubly Android Application, and any security services provided by Nopubly (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nopubly.

1. Description of Services

Nopubly provides digital security tools, including but not limited to:

  • Ad and tracker blocking via local VPN.
  • Device security scanning.
  • Remote virus removal and technical support ("Remote Relief").
  • Identity theft and dark web monitoring.

2. Remote Relief (On-Demand Support)

Our "Remote Relief" service allows Nopubly technicians to access your device remotely to perform security maintenance.

  • Consent: By requesting remote support, you grant Nopubly temporary access to your device.
  • Scope: We will only perform actions necessary for virus removal and optimization.
  • Fees: Hourly rates or fixed fees apply as stated at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up your data before a remote session. Nopubly is not liable for data loss during the removal of malware.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Total Guardian plans.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
  • Fair Use: Your subscription is for personal use (or family use as per your plan). Reselling Nopubly services is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Nopubly for any illegal activities.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass the security of the Services.
  • Use our VPN service to distribute malware or engage in cyberattacks.

5. Limitation of Liability

NOPUBLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS". While we strive for 100% protection, no security software is infallible.

  • Nopubly is not liable for damages resulting from cyberattacks, data breaches, or hardware failures.
  • In no event shall Nopubly's liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, including SilentGateâ„¢, ShatterCoreâ„¢, and OmniScanâ„¢, as well as the software code and design, are the exclusive property of Nopubly.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Nopubly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Nopubly is incorporated.
